The Housing Mart believes that personalized service counts. Our Longview Lot is a micro lot showcasing the very best that Skyline and Kit Custom Homebuilders has to offer. With our Clayton Tempo product we cater to the investor developer with a value rich offering at an affordable price. We work in tandem with our Chehalis Lot to bring our clients many choices. Although new to Longview, The Housing Mart has a long history in Washington State. We have been serving customers for over 38 years.
